In the event of severe weather conditions, the Member Services Coordinator in consultation with the Leader has the authority, usually 4 hours before the scheduled start of the activity, to cancel the activity. A message in respect of the cancellation will be placed on the office answering service announcement.
 
*Members are required to be present for 3/4 of an activity in order to be counted.*
