What WRAP Helps You Do
Wellness looks different for everyone. This workshop helps participants notice the routines, relationships, and practices that keep them grounded day-to-day.
Facilitated in a group setting; virtual or in-person, participants build a personal "wellness toolbox" and a simple daily plan to stay connected to what works.
Before a crisis, the mind and body send signals — shifts in sleep, mood, or energy that often go unnoticed. This workshop helps participants identify their own early warning signs and the triggers behind them.
Facilitated in a group setting; virtual or in-person, participants learn to listen to their patterns with curiosity and develop action steps to take when those signs first appear.
A crisis plan is a way of speaking on your own behalf when things feel out of reach. This workshop guides participants in creating a clear plan that tells supporters what helps, what doesn't, and who to contact.
Facilitated in a group setting; virtual or in-person, participants leave with a personalized plan that protects their voice and preferences during the moments they need it most.
Recovery doesn't end when a crisis passes — the days afterward are often when the most important rebuilding happens. This workshop helps participants plan a return to wellness at their own pace.
Facilitated in a group setting; virtual or in-person, participants create a step-by-step plan for re-engaging with daily life, with built-in checkpoints to notice what's working.
Wellness
WRAP — Wellness Recovery Action Planning
WRAP is a structured, self-designed wellness tool that helps you identify what keeps you well, recognize early warning signs, and create a personal action plan for when things get difficult.
Facilitated in a group setting, WRAP is one of our most empowering programs — giving you the tools and language to understand your own mental health journey.

Discussion Groups — "Small Talk"
A welcoming space where any topic of interest to clients is open for conversation. Topics may be chosen by clients, with sessions led by staff or guest facilitators from the community.
Leisure Activities
Social and recreational activities are planned through our monthly Social & Leisure meetings. New ideas are always encouraged, and client feedback helps shape the calendar each month.
Community
Living Series
Each month, F&A welcomes guest speakers from the community to share knowledge, skills, and local resources — from yoga instructors teaching breathing techniques to representatives from mental health organizations presenting their services. It’s a great way to explore and connect with supports and opportunities available in the community.
Wellness Presenters
Yoga instructors, mindfulness practitioners, and holistic health experts guide clients through beginner-friendly activities and practical techniques. Through movement, reflection, and self-care, clients build awareness, reduce stress, and develop healthy habits that support their overall well-being.
Community Health Organizations
Representatives from local mental health and community organizations connect clients with helpful services, programs, and resources. Through presentations and discussion, clients learn where to access support and explore community-based tools that strengthen their well-being and recovery journey.
Building Community Connections
Clients are encouraged to connect with others, build positive relationships, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment. Through participation, clients gain confidence, develop new skills, and strengthen their sense of belonging within the community.

Self-Esteem & Mindfulness
Strengthening The Way We See Ourselves
Self-esteem and mindfulness play an important role in recovery, connection, and well-being. This workshop explores how self-worth, self-awareness, and being present can impact the way we cope, ask for help, build relationships, and move through challenges.
Facilitated in a group setting; virtual or in-person, through discussion, reflection, and practical tools, participants are encouraged to build resilience, self-compassion, and confidence in their recovery journey.
