A William Osler community hospital serving Etobicoke, Brampton, Mississauga, and surrounding areas. Home to one of the largest Mental Health and Addictions programs in the GTA. Central West Ontario Health Team
A coalition of 153 health and community partners — one of the largest Ontario Health Teams in the province — coordinating care for roughly 900,000 people across our shared catchment. Spanning primary care, hospitals, home care, long-term care, and mental health and addictions services, the CW OHT helps people navigate the system with fewer gaps and warmer handoffs.

Newcomer Women's Services Toronto (NEW)
Founded in 1983 by Latin American refugees, NEW is a charitable settlement organization promoting the social and economic inclusion of newcomer women and their families. Their settlement, employment, language, and leadership programs across multiple Ontario locations help us reach immigrants and refugees experiencing isolation and emotional distress in our service area.
